You must agree that Workspecial.com and any associated partners on this site shall not be liable for any kind of loss or  damages whatsoever, including the disruption of the services, flaws in the services, payment method failure, failure of the continual of the services directly or indirectly or shall not be responsible for any consequential damages or harm to the business, loss of data or information, loss of profit or time cause of delay or disruption, loss of the monetary funds in whatsoever form caused by the usage of the site or  in any connection with the access to or the inability to access this website, the information or  content within this website or any link therein. In whatsoever circumstances or event you must agree that Workspecial.com’s liability for the damages or anything such under any lawsuit shall be limited to $1CAD or $1USD.And any false claim costs shall be paid for by that party.

   

On our website, the refunds would only be processed if the payment has been received in our bank accounts by the third party payment services who have processed your credit/debit card information and it shows the verifiable information about your purchase or subscription of our services clearly and we found out that you were not able to receive the desired service(s) cause of the technical problem on our side with an  administrative fee and applicable bank transfer fee shall be applied to the payment you made though and any third party transaction charges shall also be applicable. The rest of the amount shall be refunded in full. But if is established that we have never received any payment from you in our accounts and that there was no technical problem caused by our website,we reserve the right not to refund anything. Once you have purchased the subscription, under no circumstances a refund shall be processed.

But in order to meet the quality assurance standards of our website; such unlimited packages in essence may not be unlimited. Any such subscription may allow subscribers to post jobs for a maximum number of 100 job postings per day. In case of the resume search some other restrictions might also be applied. We might change this policy from anytime or time to time without notification to the user. So you have to keep yourself updated with this page as well. By subscribing to any unlimited package; you automatically consent to abide by this fair usage policy.
